nice and cool today and overcast. but no rain predicted. me and dad are going to do a little 4 mile hike today.
also there is a big catfishing tournament going on today on the river. dad said he counted 50 fishing boats go by the house this morning when they started. it’s a 2 day fishing tournament. I don’t really fish, but have been thinking about starting to.
this will be the first time I’ve hiked in Indiana this season. I’ve been rained out 5 times though. we’re going down river 50 miles to clifty falls state park. it’s the best hiking in the area. in early November we have a 3 day hiking trip planned in Tennessee.
