I am glad that the person is trying to find methods to help people with schizophrenia.
Cutting Gluten is a much healthier and safer option than taking antipsychotics.

Fake news. I’d talked to a couple drs cuz that “idea” came out awhile ago.

And yet there’s a fair chance APs would help you.

Yes, APs help. Without them I’d be dead or in jail!

I have tried this myself, but not long enough to be able to see if it works or not. If you’re interested, why not try it yourself? Give it a good try for six weeks or so and see if you feel better. And I hope you’re not discouraged by the people who say that this is BS. You seem to be looking for solutions which is good and if you try to change your diet and fail, at least you tried. But you might succeed in improving your health.

There is also the keto diet, for example. There was a time when I did some research on the net regarding diet and (mental) health. I did find info from people who actually tried it, for example this:

https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/comments/1djuha/keto_and_schizophrenia_my_story/

Hope that came out right. If not, just search keto, schizophrenia and reddit. This guy says that the keto diet dramatically improved his symptoms and he’s by far not the only person who says that a diet change has worked “wonders” for his mental health.

Hope I could provide some useful info.

Greetings
