Glitch or just random symptom

Today I hallucinated my phone alarm again when my husband ran the tap in the bathroom. First I heard his alarm, then mine as well. I even checked my phone to see but it wasn’t going off. Then when the tap stopped running, the alarms stopped as well.

Haven’t had this in a while. I feel a little inserted thoughts creeping in too. Hope I’ll be ok
