I use to tell my self that I’m not that important nor interesting that the rest of the world would do that.
I didn’t Mean to offend you, but like others have written, if you’re just a regular person there would be No reason, why Any body should spy on you.
If it’s too hard for you to stop believing that you’re being spied on in general, start with the idea that literally everybody is spying on you - the fact is, 99% of the population of the world is too busy to spy on you. Many people in third world countries wouldn’t have the technology to do it anyway.
Also, are there any sensible reasons for the remaining 1% to want to spend their time spying on you at all? Think about it that way…

I think I’m not interesting, in the sense that I don’t think revolutionary thoughts, but I think people find me entertaining or funny.
