It’s always a fun chore.
I despise the times when I’ve been rushed into a move. This time I’ve set myself up with a whole week and I’m using a storage unit as a medium to reduce the stress on my budget and back to get it all organized and moved.
I get to pick apart piece by piece and haul it all out to the unit throughout the week. I’ll get it prepped and ready to load onto the truck as well as get a good measurement regarding how much space my furniture will occupy. Because even with most of my stuff moved into my new room at my dad’s place… a great deal of it will have to be stored. I want it to be neat and accessible.
Going through my computer stuff right now… I managed to get a DVI cable pin straightened out so I booted up to test it… which let me to check the forum.
I am giving a bunch of stuff away. It kind of ain’t cool because I know I won’t see most of it again… but I really would like to move forward with a lower profile…
Cats are already gone.
Wish me luck! Still got some official crap to sort out with different places like my bank and SSA… that’s the only stuff I feel iffy about…
