Getting drawn into the TV culture

I noticed i watch more and more TV. I don’t like to do anything else. I feel a little uncomfortable about it, but i enjoy it. It seems i get interested watching the newschannel especially because of the recent political changes in our Government. Sometimes i watch movies too. I feel like a muslim enjoying eating pork.:sob:

I rarely watch TV lately, used to watch news. But I often watch youtube music videos and movies on my cellphone. It has an OLED hdr 2k screen so the picture is really nice, nicer than most tvs.

I always believed in getting out and about, visiting people. Socialising in community centres. Maybe this is the time of my life doing the TVthing.

Our town has some programs for visiting seniors. One program involves calling and talking with them over the telephone. The local Seniors Lodge also has volunteers who come and visit with the residents and give them company. Perhaps something you can look into?

I don’t know, they are changes i my life, i seem to be iam fed up; being out and about for so many years, i feel like staying home for awhile or as long as it takes till i do something else.

There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s okay to enjoy yourself!

I don’t know, there is so much suffering in the world, but what these people do and think is out of my control. There is nothing i can do, just to sit back and “let it be”. I don’t like to join the club of the pathetic. (Pathetic:people who feel sorry themselves)

The man on TV says we should become a Republic in Australia to gain self-respect. I love that sort of talk. We are under the thumb of England as a commonwealth colonie.
