I would not worry too much about it. The possibility of a subsequent psychosis is reasonably present. But that does not necessarily mean that you have to feel inhibited. You can also get another illness. Those are the risks of life. You do nothing against it.
What I advise you is to keep taking medication. And look where your limits lie. Sometimes you have to take back some gas. But that does not matter.

I got mine really fast, maybe too fast now that I’ve done some research on it but at the same time I really don’t doubt it. I was very out there when I went in. At my third appointment with my shrink I asked what is wrong with me and he told me schizoaffective disorder. I was offended he thinks I get manic sometimes. But I do. I realize that now. It’s just not the kind of manic I see in movie and TV and crap so I didn’t recognize it as that.
I have had other doctors say I have schizophrenia, not schizoaffective, and others have said I have schizophrenia and bipolar. They don’t completely know what the hell they’re doing all the time and they don’t all agree on a whole lot of things. We’re really in the toddler stages of mental healthcare. That’s the slightly terrifying reality. At least that’s how my malfunctioning brain sees it.
Yes, of course I feel different. I am a little more alert. Maybe a bit more paranoia. But it does add something to my quality of life.

Day 3 of nothing serious.:just … seriously increase of appetite, a little anxiety but I’m trying to to stay strong and fight it off… some weird ass dreams…: it’s hard to concentrate but I’m actually in a way better midd the Add XR WAs seriously messing with my Psychosis and making me delusionsal:: of course I still take my AP’s and other meds… but no Vyvanse… I was actually on Adderall XR so I probably haven’t even begun to experience withdrawals …
Did you talk to a doctor before you stopped?
Unfortunately, no. I just couldn’t take the side effects of The Adderall
