It’s very uncomfortable to eat less when you feel hungry
I can keep people updated on how this is going.
I’ve lost 15 pounds in the last 3 months.
i know but there’s not much else to do if you have to be on medication. unless you feel like exercising
Never heard of that I will write it down and ask my Dr. About it when I see her next Month. Was doing Alli but its not working now like it used to and gives me loose stools sorry I didn’t know how else to say it. So I stopped taking it thanks for the advice On What to do I gave up on other diet pills cause they either don’t help and don’t work or give me strange side effects. And I need to lose a significant amount of weight starting to have health problems due to being too fat.
A low glycemic diet, daily exercise for 30-60 mins/day, keep stress low, 7-9 hrs of sleep/night, minimal alcohol consumption are good starting points. If you are having difficulty, consider getting a general medical evaluation from a holistic doctor and request testing of thyroid and other hormones as appropriate for your age and sex. You may also need further nutritional and adrenal testing to identify problems.
Undesired weight gain, especially despite not eating much, might be due to an underactive thyroid. Go see your family doc for simple blood test. Also ask to see a nutritionist to be sure you’re actually eating properly.
this question has been asked many times.
late to the party but i just tonight ready that zyprexa disrupts the bodys metabolism and causes it to use fat instead of carbs which causes a build up of carbohydrates beyond what it would normally be, maybe if you try a very low carb diet you would stop gaining weight?
What I recommend is that you look into intermittent fasting.
Walk at least 30 minutes to an hour a day.
Start to lift weights if you can.
Drink a lot of water.
Give it some time to work.
I’m going to keep track of my weight until my next appointment on the 6th, I’d like to maintain my current weight(before starting zyprexa, so I actually need to lose the weight I just gained) until that appointment. I get 20-25k steps a day and normally at least an hour of cardio. I’m trying to limit my carbs and sugars and stick to around 1500 calories a day and we will see where all this gets me.
