Future goals

I met with an ACT staff guy about an hour ago and we talked about my goals we can put in my next treatment plan next month. I will get help with social skills, getting an ABLE account and getting housing. My long term goals are to get a job, an apartment and a car. I don’t know how long that will take. It gives me anxiety because I’m a social idiot and I can’t make conversation or small talk with anyone so I don’t know how I’ll work but I’ll probably have to because I won’t be able to afford living in my dad’s house after he dies because I just get SSI. I want to go to an anxiety ARMHS group.

That’s a great set of goals. You can do it!

Thanks @everhopeful! Hopefully if I get help with social skills I’ll be able to get and hold a job eventually.
