When I banned @SzAdmin’s account. You can’t ban it in the sense of preventing a logon, but he still showed as banned. The look on his face must have been EPIC when he realized it.

Not so good… lost insurance again… ptsd is getting overwhelming… the shadows are back. Ive been turned away from the er twice… the wait time to go to a head hospital is very long aparently…

I’m fairly decent these days. My voices are kinda leveling out, but my paranoia will probably always be there.
I found out the hard way I was taking my abilify the wrong way, but I’m taking it the correct way now, so I feel somewhat ‘normal’ again.
