I was watching an episode of Teen Mom and the camera crew said that the girl’s boyfriend was worried she was buried in a ditch and the girl said that was ridiculous since she was still here. But her boyfriend was freaking out over this. This makes me worried because it fits with my so-called delusion that celebrities are killed off and then cloned. I don’t know how to resolve this?
Can someone please help with this?
Nobody here can really help. All anyone can say is you have delusions and you need medical assistance.

Is this a delusion u came up with or something u read on the internet? people write these things online for attention and thats how they get people to buy their products. Celebrities are not killed off, for one those people are so rich and have high security there is no way anyone could really touch them. second, cloning doesnt really exist. there are people who look a lot like each other but they are different, my mom suffers from this delusion too. she once called the police on us and said we were all clones of ourselves and that the other fam. was somewhere else and that she used to work for the fbi etc. etc. its a delusion hun thats all it is.
Just stop obsessing about the stuff because it will make it worse…you could try writing in a notebook or drawing with pen or markers…that can be therapy and help with mental health…sometimes I write in pen and scribble in notebooks just to relieve stress. right now I have a bunch of tubes of acrylic paint that i havent used up and I am thinking of trying to do some painting or abstract artwork.
I had a vision of one of the celebrities being killed off. And after I thought my family were clones it seemed to make sense that celebrities were being killed off as well.
You know this scenario is a delusion @flowers20 . You have even said so yourself before.

By definition, a delusion is a fixed false belief.
I believed the FBI, CIA, and Mafia were monitoring my calls, As I started to get better, I started to question why anyone would spend all that money to monitor me.

But the part about celebrities still bothers me. I’m not sure whether it’s a delusion or not.

Try to think about the plausibility of such things, and stay away from conspiracy theories, or people that talk about conspiracies.
