Are u in a clubhouse for mental health? I am and its a big part of my life. If u arent in one, i recommend it. i want to get more involved in mine.

Volunteering sounds Good. Where you gonna do that? Its important to do something.
Well, I need to volunteer somewhere that if I mess up there’s not a lot of consequence. So I will start at my church office. I will also ask my counselor if there is anything I can do at their office.
