hear me out… ive noticed a pattern in my routine. i usually dont crave fresh fruit or fruit sugars or caffeine. i like orange or apple juice but im founding out i cant be drinking or eating these… even fresh fruits. i get a reaction after eating. i get emotionally confused and instantly lose focus after 5 minutes…if you catch my drift.

It is possible that your brain isn’t handling sugar as well as it did in the past. You could get your A1c checked out by a doctor and see if you are pre-diabetic. Our meds can add to this problem also.

I agree with this. You should see your primary dr and have your A1C and fasting blood sugar tested

in the past the fruits cause me cognition impairment but now i dont see any difference but i prefer not to eat just in case something bad happens
