So my dad also has sz, hence where I got it from… He doesn’t take meds and so a lot of the times he’s in left field… I called him for the first time in months and I got yelled at and yeah I deserve it but he at least agreed to eat out Tuesday with my husband and me… I’m just glad he’s gonna talk to me… If he don’t want me in his life at least I tried

What does he do for a living? What was his upbringing like?
@vangoghs he’s disabled, his father beat him daily, it wasn’t a good childhood for him… He once got beat as a kid for eating a slice of cake on his birthday, his parents don’t/didn’t believe in birthdays, or that children should be given gifts on Christmas, they believed very strongly spare the rod spoil the child, my grandpa had schizophrenia as well… Had his own religion just like my dad, it’s why I don’t go with certain religions…

@vangoghs my mom back when I was a kid told my grandparents that if they ever so much as laid a finger on me they wouldn’t have to worry about to police… That if they ever did they’d better run
