I used to absolutely hate honeydew melon. After my pancreatic surgery it was the only food I wanted. Now I can’t stop eating it. I dunno what they did to me. :woman_shrugging:t2:

When I was a kid I hated cooked carrots. I liked how they tasted raw tho. Now they are fine.

I still prefer eating quiche uncooked tho.

I hated all cruciferous vegetables when I was a kid and now they make up a large part of my diet. I also hated lentils, beans, and anything spicy. I eat a tonne of legumes these days and I have a spice tolerance that means the “spicy” dishes at most restaurants have no discernable heat to me. If I look around a place serving Indian food and most of the clientele is white I know the food has no heat.

i never liked fish and still dont but… i will say i can appreciate a nicely grilled salmon steak or something like that fresh off the bbq with lemon and such

dude i loved broccoli as a kid! granted they were smothered in cheese lol i think my mom may have tricked me so kudos to her. but it was like a thing… I was the one who “loved” broccoli and brussel sprouts… again probably a trick but i appreciate it :smile:

Roasted Brussels sprouts and beets. I couldn’t stand them as a kid but now whenever the food bank has them i snatch them up for dinner! I like how roasted beets turns your pee red…

I used to hate thyme. Not as a kid but as an adult I hated thyme. Now all of a sudden it’s OK to me. IDK what happened

I can’t stand raw onions but now I can tolerate fried onions on let’s say burgers

I couldn’t stand onions when I was little. Now I don’t mind them. But not raw onions. I really like red onions though.
