I didn’t like my cow’s milk fed infancy but I just figured it’s too much for a tiny human infant to drink milk meant for a 100 pound calf.
It would explain why I got so sick with corona. It also explains all the coughing, wheezing, asthma, hives, swollen uvula, and rashes. It all makes sense.

“Some guy” is who I had a food allergy test with. When I was about 19. He was an alternative healer type guy (i.e. a quack). He used a vega machine.
No, I had my blood tested with my doctor’s orders at an official lab.
I’ve been deathly allergic to dairy and eggs all my life. I had to get 99 shots in my back when I was like 4 to get tested. But I also used to be allergic to wheat, but I outgrew that allergy. It’s not as bad as it used to be, though. There’s many more options now as opposed to like 10 years ago.
At this point I feel like potatoes and water.
So now its the perfect time to become vegan.

@Cici2 have you ever had Nuggs? They are a vegan chicken nugget substitute, and very delicious. In my opinion, no other vegan chicken replacements are worth eating.
The cookbook Thug Kitchen is very amazing and full of vegan recipes that taste good.
You’ll find stuff. Its certainly not impossible, but it is hard, that I’ll say. I certainly don’t under eat, that’s for sure.
For milk substitutes, cashew milk is my favorite. Unsweetened and unflavored. Second best is almond coconut blend. Regular coconut is too thick, soy has a nasty aftertaste, and plain almond is watery. Oatmilk tastes exactly like plain oatmeal.
