I used to watch this show called “how do I look” when I was like 15, so 15 years ago or so.
I remember them specifically saying on there that you can’t wear mini skirts after 30 (maybe it was 35) and now that I’m almost 30, I think that’s so ridiculous!
Either times have changed or that show really had no idea what they were talking about

They totally put everyone over like 28 in very matronly like clothes.

I do flirt sometimes.
I don’t interact with many people, but if a woman has the type of body and/or personality that I find attractive I flirt occasionally.
I thinks it’s normal.
No i don’t want another guy flirting with me. I hung out with my elderly gay neighbor the other day and he came on to me. It really turned me off. Made me think maybe I should be careful coming on to women in the future. It was very unsettling. I like flirting with women though.
I frequently chat with people when I’m out running errands, standing in line, etc. I also frequently compliment people (men, women, nonbinary, young and old) e.g. if they have a nice outfit, nice nails, an interesting haircut or hair color, etc. Even at the drive through sometimes I may complement the cashiers nice fingernails (I did this today at the Tacobell drivethrough)
I’m just trying to be friendly. It has never occurred to me that this might be misconstrued as flirting.
My friendliness has been misconstrued as flirting. Like a few times.
I flirt and my boyfriend flirts it’s just part of life for us. When we have our alone time, things are just about us, and that’s what counts.
I do this.
I almost challenge myself to find unique compliments.
I’ve also always considered it not flirting.
But now I wonder.
