First day on new depot schedule

Was getting it every 3 weeks. But it seemed to crap out in the third week so we are changing it to every 2 weeks.

Yeah - ive often had that conversation with the CPN. There is supposed to be a 3-4 day leeway. But i know my own mind, like you do when its wearing off.

I got a diary app and recorded how I was feeling during the depot cycle. I could show them how my health went to crap 4 days before the next jab. This managed to convince them

Thats a great idea. I should do the same. They were threatening the Trivecta 3 monthly depot not long ago - but said i would miss out on the monthly contact with them.
