I am no longer a trainee. I feel like I’m doing bad. Theres so much you have to do. Housekeeping, continence care, showers, answer pages. It’s a lot and I’m getting behind.

I made it through the day. A half hour later then I was scheduled for but I made it.

The first day at any new job is hard.
You’ll be fine. 
Glad you got through. I’ve always found that jobs do get easier as you relax a bit and get used to your duties. Proud of you for giving it a go and hope you settle into it.

I used to be a nurse Aide. Loved it. After a while you get used to the pace. You’ll do great.

I find it takes a good few months before you get truly comfortable in any new job.
