Yesterday i took benzo and clozapine as prn after calling the psychiatrist.
Today i am a mess. Should i take the same meds or should I call him again?

Sorry to hear that. I guess I still have my unusual beliefs which some call delusions, but I’m actually feeling excited because I’ve got hours ahead of me for reading and solving chess problems on chess com. Can you distract yourself with online games, chequers or whatever? As you know benzos aren’t that great.

I used to play chess, especially the one minute blitzkrieg. I had 1700-1800 rating

That’s good ratings for that category, I usually go for 2 minute games, but I only use chess com for the chess problems. You can open an account in no time. Playing would keep you completely distracted.

when i feel bad i do cold shower for 1-2 minutes it helps.
