Finally getting a walking habit going

30 min yesterday and 10 today because I have gotten so damn obese that 30 min gave me leg cramps. But I’m glad I did it two days in a row

Nice. My mom and I were walking daily for about a month then my sleep schedule got messed up and she now has shingles. It was definitely a highlight of my day when I was doing it.

Keep going 30 becomes 40 and 40 becomes 50, and 60 and so on.

Its not just weight that will go off. But its also a mental thing. The longer you can pull trough the stronge your mind is gonna get

My body is also fighting more exercise

The dog gets me out twice a day and I increased the distance we go
