I woke up 10am today. Its almost 1 am now and im still energetful, thinking going to chainsmoke in town tonight. I am too energetful lately, more thoughts, sleeping less.
So relapse of smoking then?? I learned about ‘urge surfing’ recently. Basically it’s CBT to stay quit from cigs. It’s metaphor… but you ride the wave(urge) and it dissipates more and more until soon enough your safely on the shore.
