I’ll priority post it. 
Today when I woke up, I felt no depressed, good night sleeps helps often, it has been rainy but it is ok, feeling quite well now.

When are u meeting pdoc man…!!! I am also waiting for a good meet with pdoc…both my depression and anxiety are otta controll…take care mjseu…
I have my psych meeting in a few days, this depression of mine just comes and goes sometimes, sleeping well helps a lot, I do not really need meds for this little depression, psych meds are enough, I like to watch Youtube videos of different cultures, Youtube is great.
