"feeling" anxious, not necessarily "thinking" anxiously

Can anyone relate? “feeling” anxious, not necessarily “thinking” anxiously. How do you deal with it? Anyone somewhat recovering from feeling this way? What meds?

Yes, that’s me. It’s a combination of abilify and the disease. I take L-theanine to keep it manageable. I didn’t want to go down the benzo route.

Does L-theanine have caffeine in it?

L-theanine is a great supplement, it’s helped me out a lot. I take 1500 mg, but I think the recommendation is 500 mg.

Pretty well, I’ve all but taken away the paranoia, but still have some religious delusions. My other aspects of life is going really well with new therapy techniques I was taught

I get the same thing. My mind doesn’t think anything but I’m anxious as all get out. I don’t take really anything for anxiety so I don’t know about that.

Yes, unfortunately. But I have found that breathing excercises do help. Try it!
