Feeling a lot better today

@GrayBear, @Daze, @Loke, @anon10648258

I’m feeling a lot better today. My husband and I talked for about 2 hours last night and he helped me feel a little better. Then, this morning, I went to the gym to get some endorphins flowing. I don’t desperately want to kill myself now. I have a bit of hope now that I can be ok, not good, but ok about myself.

that’s good news. glad you got him.

What do you like to do when you work out?

I’m a former runner, used to do races.

I like to do tummy exercises and squats. I also ran on the treadmill this morning.

I’m doing a lot better! I’m doing ok. :slight_smile: Thank you for asking. :slight_smile:

My husband was very much there for me last night. I almost needed to go to the hospital but he helped me through it and talked to me about all my feelings and helped give me hope for brighter days. He also convinced me to exercise the next morning (which I did just a few hours ago). I’m feeling a lot better than before.

Excellent! I’d run on my treadmill in the mornings too if I could but can’t since it’s broken.

Oh no! Can it be fixed?

The treadmill is 15 years old and is obsolete just as how vehicles are.

Ohhh. How much does a treadmill cost? Probably a lot… Could you afford a new one if you saved up? Or do you have a nearby gym? I live in an apartment complex, so I just go to the apartment complex’s mini gym.

$2,000. I try to save time going to and from the gym by using a treadmill at home. Many apartment complexes nowadays have a mini gym for their tenants. It’s a really good convenience to have access to gym equipment.

Whoa!!! That is a lot, wow. Well, I hope you can still find a way to run on the treadmill when possible. It’s good exercise. :slight_smile:

Speaking of exercise, I should do it also when I wake up in the morning :slight_smile:
