Feel worse since reducing meds

I had my meds reduced about two months ago. From having injection once every two weeks to every month. I feel way worse dwelling on past and feeling more anxious about things going wrong. Sent my care worker email she was off work this week till Monday. Phoned hospital they didn’t phone me back.

Do u think I’ll feel better one I get my meds increased?

Maybe, was your medicine something with a side benefit for depression? Ruminating is a symptom of that I reckon.

I’m on depixol. It’s an anti psychotic. Only feel like this since reducing meds.

We can do this together we’re holding out till Monday that’s all we have to do.

Why’d they decrease them in the first place?

Because I wanted injection less often and had put on weight.
