I used to love to go over to my mom’s and spend time with my brother but now after seeing how mean he is to me I’m not going to go over to my mom’s until my brother is gone again…this could be a long time. I learned my lesson with him…done.

Is this that same brother who taunted and threatened you for living with him and your mom even though you had just gotten out of the hospital and were still somewhat delusional? Yeah, he sounds like an absolute joy to be around.

@Wave yes he’s always been mean but never so much as last time I saw him…
@Sardonic yes !! I don’t remember saying that but he was really bad when I lived with my mother…

Sometimes, you just have to cut toxic people out of your life, even if they’re related to you by blood, which, in my opinion, isn’t the same thing as “family.”
