Anyone get clothing from Uniqlo ?
Not heard of that one. We have a chain called Mark’s here in Canada:
They have two house brands called Wind River and Helly Hansen. They are so well made they last forever. Not the cheapest, but great value. I do most of my shopping for my “good” clothing there. I do poach sales, however.
I absolutely love sales I’m always looking for discount codes
I mostly but second hand, i can get expensive items for pretty affordable.
I picked up two light jackets (Helly Hansen), a pair of walking shoes (Sketchers), and a pair of light boots (Wind River) this past week during their 60% off sale.
I used to love American Eagle (tops and pants) and Aerie (American Eagle’s undie and lounge store). But they’re so effing expensive. I still buy new pants (jeans) from them like every 2 years or so, because they are great quality, somewhat stretchy, and fit me well. But that’s it.
Now I love thrifting. I go to common, national thrift stores, but I also go to local secondhand stores. I have had great luck in finding like-new, or even brand new (original tags still attached) clothing, for like $3 each. It’s fun to find an awesome shirt, or something, for such a cheap price.
And I have recently bought panties from Amazon, super cheap. I got a couple of bras from H&M, a while ago, when they were on sale for maybe $6 each.
I like Lands End and also Old Navy.
I need to get me some Skechers. I don’t have many shoes only 3.
I was going to say uniqlo
It’s my new fav brand.
The quality and style is great. Yea
I never really buy clothes. When I do, I like Vinted, which is a second hand clothing app, where individual people offer their clothes for sale. I bought a beautiful green dress once for 15 euros. Or the second hand store: pair of shoes for 6 euros.
None, I hate them all and only buy clothes through internet. Except the shoes, tho…
I’m boring and say Killstar. It’s a goth clothing brand which is very known in the scene, but maybe a little boring… I mean, it’s basic. But they have cool stuff, as well as stupid stuff, you just need to find the cool stuff. I’m not into “satan is my daddy” or throwing every occult symbol known by man into one print in one skirt, I find it cheesy and tasteless… but they have cool stuff too. Killstar is fast fashion for gothic people.
Zalando is my fav online shop for clothing and shoes. Mostly not my style but there are gems and nice things there too.
American eagle, or I just like t-shirts and stuff like that. But American eagle has the best jeans and hoodies. I like old navy for the shirts as well, and Adidas for the shoes
I love Vinted but I never shop clothes on there.
Why?
I rarely buy clothes. If I do I mostly prefer real life shop. But Vinted is my exception.
If I buy clothes I don’t necessarily mind second hand but I’d prefer charity shops / thrift shops so I can see the product physically , try on before I buy. That way if it doesn’t fit I can just choose something else.
I understand… I prefer shops too for that reason. But the second hand shops here are often tiny and with not really…some of them have clothes that maybe a conservative 60 year old lady would wear
Vinted has a younger and more fashionable “collection”. There’s better shops in the big city near us, but it’s a bit of a hassle to travel there.
It’s all about the thrift store! Ain’t no shame buying second hand clothing!
