Favorite flavor of Tuna

I’ve been buying tuna in pouches that have a flavor to it. My favorites are Ranch and Thai Chili. They are so good.

Dude, I live off tuna. I eat it straight from the can. Also sardines. Bumblebee or chicken of sea

Is that something you picked up in the Army @ImaTeaRex?

Aren’t you supposed to limit how much tuna you eat?

I have a particular brand I like that is hard to get. Its called Geisha. Its way better than chicken of the sea and the other big brand.

Where do you buy it at @Skims?

Funny enough I can only find it at the local convenience store. Which is handy but its like a $ more than the other brands, totally worth it.

Yeah the cans are less expensive than the pouches. I just don’t like it plain and I like to count calories.

I love it with mayo and a little relish on toast! The flavored stuff is weird. There are so few calories but a bunch of protein in a serving of tuna, its great. I have a food scale and measure out 1.5 servings (1/2 can) with 1 tbsp. of mayo and a dollop of relish which is like 5 calories. 2 slices of my whole grain bread is 220 calories.

Kinda sounds like Tuna salad. I’m all about being as simple as possible with food.
