Do you ever think people on this website are fake? As in planted just to see what you post.
I think there are at least a few that are faking. That are here for some reason other than personal mental health benefits.
But that’s just the nature of social media. 🤷
I highly doubt people on here are faking. The severity of our illnesses could be what you’re referring to.
I sometimes feel like this when I’m paranoid. But I don’t see too many people hanging around here just for the lolz.

What would they have to gain by faking?
Unless… theyre looking for some secrets to use against us in the future. Or maybe theyre just psychiatrists looking to exam how schizo people behave online. I totally get the paranoia though, hackers exist and i have had run ins with them.
I use this place for support when I am hallucinating. I also hang around and chat because it’s nice to belong somewhere and chat with other sz/sza people. I don’t really worry about people faking it. I really don’t think many people who don’t deal with mental illness would frequent this forum, half the posts are usually reality checking by people who are delusional. That would bother a lot of people, but it’s a necessity here so people can get the support they need.

wow i thought at one time people were made of stone, fake or aliens , but sad as it is there are those that feed of of schizophrenia people for emotions . and a cheap way out. or as trump puts it , fake talking people in general .
