so i m planning to get pet gerbil. i need to know as much as i can about them.
gerbils are desert mouse. so i will have two them and call one Muadib and another Chani if they will be couple. to keep one is bad it can get depressed

My daughter had a gerbil when sh was little. It bit half of its own tail off. Get a hamster if you can. I don’t really think gerbils can be tamed.

yes i have some time doing nothing. it will be great hobby to take care of them. i need to plan what cage i will need for them.
they like to tunnel. so i will need sand as well. any tohter alternatives for that. how to clean cage and everything? it will be hard but fun

ok thanks i think to put it on gerbil it would be very difficult. i had gerbil when i was a kid. they run so fast and can jump high… if it will run away from me in room. how i am gonna catch it

What about a hamster instead I think they are a bit easier to look after?

You can hold a hamster. You definitely can’t hold a gerbil. My daughter tried that and got bit.

yes i watched on youtube how to train gerbil. if they bite you shouldnt throw off hands them. if you throw they will think that if they bite again they can escape or something. there is recources how to tame and train a gerbil its possible

nah i want gerbil they are more meaningful to me . i had too much hamsters when was a kid . it will be not interesting

i think i am gonna get this cage. its expensive. but i can save money for it.it looks very good and easy to maintain. i think its best cage i can find

gerbils will be awesome this cage will fit well in my room near tv bench. will buy white design cage

no i will not buy this cage. i found 3 times cheaper and as good as it
i will call him dash if its male or lily if its female. but i will look to its characteristics first
the biggest scare for me to let it out of cage. they run so fast. they run away and hide in a room i will never catch it
