Today, erotomania is recognized in the 5th Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) as an example of delusional disorder, though it’s well known that erotomanic delusions can be found in other psychiatric conditions like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder as well

Once I prepared my home for the arrival of a woman, who has never talked to me. I thought she would come for sex.
Once, I asked telepathically the journalist on the tv if she likes me, and she said yes, and I sent her a message on Instagram. Almost a stalker

I was forever in fantasy relationships and can relate. With some decent paranoia it makes a hard life when your trying to form normal relationships. I’m glad that on meds I can have regular romantic relationships with women. Delusionville is no fun at all!
