There is only so much in the pool available. The more people submit requests, the less each person receives. The application requires a list of damages the person experienced.
The person can ask for years of free credit monitoring instead.
Three family members including myself all will receive $125. When it will come, who knows…

I dealt with identity theft. Small things. I didn’t know why until now. I filed. I already have monitoring from capital one.
I get credit monitoring with my capital one card. I don’t think anyone could really use my info for much. My credit score is still pretty low.
Yeah, same here. I registered for the Loblaws Card Program in Canada after they got dinged for price-fixing bread. Never received the card and they won’t respond to inquiries. Thinking of taking them to small claims court over it just to be a brat.
