if we do get engaged don’t want him to get me one or if he does I’ll be wearing it round my neck which id prefer as I’m not comfortable wearing anything on my fingers.

I don’t do any jewelry. I have my wedding band tattooed.

I used to be a serious pianist, and couldn’t wear rings unless it was just a band, otherwise, they would move round against my fingers a lot. Now I can wear rings.
