Ended up joining the old gym again

I wasn’t too happy with the current one even though it was close by and less of a trek…

The old one I figured even though its far offers one personal training session every few weeks for free… £7 more but much better,… im not paying huge amounts for the gym so I can justify it. It’s only £21 a month… there is more gym equipment , more space, and its just a better vibe because there is actually staff i can talk to which the current one lacks.

A worthy investment for your health and well being and it’s really about comfort. I am toying with joining a gym but I’ve so much spare time I can do a lot myself. Still. It’s cool to have access to that sort of equipment. There’s some things you can’t cover at home.

Well done you. Sounds a solid plan!

Thank you @rogueone … its actually around £50 or more…

£21 a month for being part of a disability membership. I can use this gym card in any part of the country that is the same company gym… so there is one 10 minutes from work i can use… there is one 20 mins away from home i can use… i can use one in oxford, bath, cambridge, etc… i think its perfect… spa and steam room is free too including swimming and all classes…

Good to hear. I’ve so many really handy and the equipment is a carrot but I can do a lot with what I’ve got and just can’t see the need just yet. I’m not ruling it out but depends on a couple of things with finances as always when your on a pension.
