I suppose that is that I mean. It was there always, but spiked in intensity when I blinked. Sorry if I am unclear right now. I am on high doses of benadryl and it clouds my thinkingn.

They are called brain zaps. They happen when you turn your head or move around. Antidepressants withdrawal or dose changes will cause many of these. It’s not necessarily uncomfortable or pleasurable.
