I’m feeling much better after oats with nuts than grilled sausages.

The key for me is Selenium, it work well against depression.

I eat lots of herring and spinach and zero processed sugar. I eat fresh fruit if I want sweets.This has been helpful with vitB and D, it has also reduced a good deal of inflammation from Psoriatic Arthritis. I also cut out dairy products, that was the hardest thing for me. I used to put lots of cream in my coffee and I love cheese.

It’s funny they say eating junk food is normal and eating normal healthy food is dieting

Brazilian nuts are full of selenium.

For me tends to be harder to stick to a diet especialy if I start eating. Than is a problem since it is hard to stop.lol…
