I agree. Iv spent a lot of time in Arizona and some in the San Diego area and i miss the authentic Mexican food. Chili releno! That’s my fav dish
There’s just simply no good Mexican up here in Alaska. A nearby city has great chimichangas at but, it’s still not the southwest. I make chorizos at home but still
As far as fast Mexican goes, We have a taco time. But it’s not del taco 
The southwest is basically Mexico with money from what I hear.
