Eating popcorn as a snack

I’ve been having problems with my diet… I fell off the no sugar wagon and started eating an extra “snack” aka meal and am having a lot of trouble not eating that nightly"snack" and I find that I’ve been justifying it by saying I need to have something on my stomach or I’ll be sick to my stomach all night and I was wondering if y’all thought popcorn (air popped, no salt, no oil, no flavoring) might help me since it’s low calorie?

Sure, it’s a good snack. High in fiber too.

Yes I used to do that my trick was to add balsamic vinegar!! It’s so good

I can’t have popcorn as a snack. The problem is that I can’t have just a little. I have to eat all that’s in the bag. I had a horrible addiction to Smart Food’s White Cheddar popcorn. I’d eat the whole bag, and then crave the second bag, and sometimes start eating it too.
