@Aziz it’s where you eat normal food but if you’re still hungry you eat plain popcorn

I lost 15lb by skipping breakfast in 1 month. After that sometimes I just eat a 150 calories protein bar instead of food.

I found breakfast to be the easiest to skip, I am never hungry in the morning.

What about going nothing but popcorn I might just try it need to lose 30 pounds.

If you don’t add sugar or salt, popcorn is a very healthy snack.

I lost 60 pounds just by changing meds and going on a low dose from a high dose.

i love popcorn and hummus together, but that would add calories if you’re trying to lose weight.

Popcorn is relatively healthy but you can’t live off it.

For a short period of time maybe.

Has anyone tried the poptart diet? When you get hungry you stare at pop tarts til you lose your appetite lol. I think making smart healthy choices for meals often is better than some fad diet.
