Good, I always had high liver enzymes since I was a teen, Drs did tons of tests, blood tests, echo scan, etc but found nothing abnormal. They said some ppl naturally have high liver enzymes and to not worry as it doesnt affect health. Now I am 31y.o. Though 2yrs ago they said I have fatty live but again said to not worry as its stable and not bad for health.

My grandmother died of liver disease.

She was a coffee drinker.

But glad to hear it’s good for you on some levels because I’m a coffee drinker too.

Ive heard this before that Coffee helps the liver from a nurse. Im due another Liver function test next month - and i hope mines settled down after my last cock up with the drink. My bilirubin levels were elevated on the last one. And i had enlarged red blood cells from a Vit B Deficiency.
