If you want to get better maybe try some www.udemy.com classes? I think www.skillshare.com is also quite good, but that is subscription so it can end up being quite expensive.

You could study anatomy. If you just draw like that without any higher knowledge, then I guess you will not make big progress. I have not a lot of idea of art. But at YouTube they say you need to understand the basics. I think you must learn to get better and not just draw, even if you just draw, as a great artist you should understand how the things or people, animals are build, inside and outside. And of course draw a lot.
