A few days ago and I am not handling it well
I got sensory overload at work so bad I got disoriented and was dealing with a rude customer, I wasn’t even mad just overwhelmed and could tell she was mad about it.
Been not sleeping well and panicking all night
Went from 150 to 50 and up to 7.5 on abilify
That’s a sudden drop. If that were me, I’d ask to take 100 for a week or 2 before going down to 50
He told me initially to just go off from 150 and I said I want to taper off so he said 50
That’s crazy. He’s too aggressive in my opinion, but I’m not a dr. Maybe there’s some special reason I know nothing about
I had a doctor drop me from 600 to 0 once
I didn’t handle it well, most doctors woulda tapered, I was temporarily living in a crappy district with bad mental health care lol.
I never liked the drug. Just made me hungry and gave me sleep hallucinations. It works great for some though so there’s that.
600mg to 0??? That’s not normal

He was the worst doctor i ever had for multiple reasons
Mine took me down 200mg each month from 800 to zero. Took from May to August and I am now on 4 mg resperidone. Still recovering and sensory overload has been bad but will give it more time. Hoping you recover soon and find the withdrawal symptoms stop soon as well.

Grookey your shrink is incompetent when he gets you quitting with out first tapering. I am very concerned 
for you because your on such small amount of meds so I hope your shrink will reconsider your situation.
