What did you get? For who?
I’m baking macarons now. Then I’m moving on to chocolate truffles and marshmallow and chocolate fudge. I just need to buy some boxes and a cooler. And I need to figure out what to give to my boyfriend.
Mmm sounds lovely I wish I knew how to bake.
Kind of, ordering a praveesent online.I might have to buy Christmas cards.
I got my girls clothing and makeup. I got my husband a grill
I got my 19mo old a cars truck he can drive it goes about 2mph and a convertible tricycle and some clothes (he’s my only child) and I got my hubby a model safe that he can build and it’s functional other than that I think we’re gonna take Christmas photos and give out Christmas cards.
I got one of my sisters a book .
I’m getting my kids pj pants and candy for their stockings. My two youngest just want money. My adult daughter wants a poetry book. I think I’ll also get her a blanket. I want to get my adult son a board game and a blanket. I haven’t bought any of it yet
I bought one gift each to my closest family, that’s all I’m doing for money reasons. I bought my husband a hat, my son a beard trimmer, my daughter some expensive makeup, my son-in-law a shaver and my granddaughter a baby piano for her first Christmas. Oh and for my beautiful sister a really pretty little mirror compact even though I won’t get to see her for the holidays, I’ll mail it to her.
Then I’ll send out Christmas cards to everyone else and I make awesome toffee so if I get the energy I might make some of that for our friends and extended family for if they stop by. I just want a simple easy Christmas without going into massive debt, I get sick of that nonsense, it shouldn’t be like that.
I’ve done my christmas shopping. For adults and my nieces. It all cost more than I’d originally planned.
I got some things. I always get Pepperidge Farm sausage and cheese and cracker sets for family. And candy for my great uncle he has a sweet tooth. I got some pralines and chickory coffee from New Orleans for my parents.
I got my mother in law an assortment of teas and some Beautiful perfume. I got my father in law 3 Navy shirts.
I got my nephews some sunglasses that were advertised on tv and some sweatshirts. I got my niece some pjs and a thing to use your cell phone to navigate in your car.
I got the little nieces kits to make gingerbread houses and for my youngest nephew I still have to find a toy or two. That or an iTunes gift card. He likes his iPad.
That’s all the shopping I am doing. My wife ordered a whole bunch of stuff online for us.
I actually haven’t done any shopping yet. Going this weekend because I get paid tomorrow.
Only thing I know I’m getting is a hot sauce I saw in the store today that says, “Ass Whoopin’” hot sauce for my uncle. He likes hot sauce and I figured it’d suit his sense of humor!
I don’t do any Christmas shopping
I love it, you totally have to get that!
Little perfumes for my father and his new wife.
Anti cellulite massager for my sister
I got my gifts for family and a friend, spent about $40 on each, $20 on the friend. Still have to buy something for sister, thinking I’ll just give her money.
Also got an air fryer for low/zero oil fried food, for parathas my mom makes frequently. Hopefully they can be made with the air fryer without using 2 tablespoons of margarine each (!), that flares up me and my dad’s arthritis.
Got a VR headset, a book, an SSD and an Arduino kit for myself. Kind of wishing I’d have spent more on others though, but they aren’t dropping any hints of what they want.

Well I’ve bought Amazon gift card for sister and I will get her something else. Not to mention her birthday is in December as well so I plan on getting g her even more. I bought a subway giftcard and a winter hat from kohls for my brother in law. Pillows for her bed for my niece. Still working on gifts for my other niece and mom and dad.
I bought my brother some muffin tins from Ebay. I suppose we’ll make cookies and little pecan pies called by my mother Pecan Tassies. I have 2 cookie presses I want to try out. I made a friend a calendar of her cats. Also from the library sale I bought my brother a book of flower paintings by Georgia O Keefe. Christmas always brings out the elf in me.
