Don’t understand how one day I walk in a group therapy session feeling depressed and then asked the person next to me what it’s like to hear voices because that was what he was going through, and then 4 weeks later I’m hearing voices. This was given to me by Alberta mental health purposely and I seriously hate you all.

Uh…welcome to the forum. I don’t think the mental health purposely caused you to hear voices. This is something you need to talk to a pdoc about. Meds could help.

Not my intention but proves my point I can’t trust no one and your point I don’t belong here.
That makes no sense. I’m not proving any point. I just said it sounds like trolling. Why join a site and seco d post say you don’t trust any of us? It isn’t nice.
This is a support site. If you want help in trying to recover, then come with an open mind and willingness to listen. Making notso nice posts about us isn’t the way to do that.

What are the voices saying? Have you told a psychiatrist?
Im too old for life and all it’s repetitive problems. I’m tired. I’m just waiting it out. It was a mistake joining this place.
I think you need help. It wasn’t a mistake to join. You can find encouragement and support here. What are some problems you face?
It’s not a mistake if you’re willing to open up a little. Just don’t make blanket statements about us. The majority really want tohelp people overcome their delusions and progress toward feeling more in co trol.
You won’t know if it helps if you say you don’t trust us and run away. Running away from problems or help doesn’t solve anything. Give it a chance here. Give us a chance before saying we aren’t trustworthy.
