i hv been taking zyprexa for a year…n im normal now(no delusions) but i feel my cognitive intelegence/memory is not as usual .i used to have above average iq.n decent memory …now my short term memory n creativity is decreased gradualy…is it from meds or am i overthinking
I have short term memory loss too - some sort of dysfunction… I don’t remember half of the things I say - half of the things I think. I forget and I change my mind every 1/2 second.

It could also just be the illness. cognitive symptoms tend to make us all a bit dumber. Have you tried taking sarcosine yet? It’s done wonders for me.

you know what I will order sarcosine too. I tried it for a couple months, just didn’t notice magnificent difference?
Sarcosine does not ship to my location?
Most of the AP’s cause memory loss and cognitive impairment to some extent…im on risperidone I notice that my cognitive functioning like reasoning, intelligence and memory does get affected
My memory is not fabulous and I study something and forget it all .
I forget basic education,names of all flowers ,inventors etc
But still appreciate what still got n does work.
