I’m in the process of applying for this
Just got this email after calling her
Access Services provides accommodations for students with disabilities. Attached is a request for services form. You can forward the completed form to me via email, fax and mail, along with your disability documentation. Once I receive the information, we can touch base to schedule a time to meet by phone to start planning for accommodations.
when I was going to college they didn’t offer that kind of thing. my work fired me after I lost my mind instead of helping me when I had insurance.

Yes, I’ve used them before. They were really helpful and efficient and saved me some money by paying my fees to get admitted to school. They helped me make a plan for my education and made picking and registering for classes very easy in a stress-free, quiet office.

Good to hear this is elsewhere too. I’m happy to say my school is very very progressive.
their slogan is “Go beyonds grades, majors and classes”
Instead you have written evaluations, “focus studies” and “programs” instead of normal classes.
My school also has psychiatrist on campus, a pharmacy on campus, therapy on campus, psychologist on campus
And the most impressive thing I like, is they have “sober apartments” which I’m living in. Most schools are in denial about substance abuse being an issue on campus and every apartment is a “sober apartment” but we have strict apartments for sobriety ONLY. Which I really like the environement it portrays.
My school is friggin awsome.
When I visited it said “Transgender people are welcome here” everywhere on campus. Even though I’m not LGB or T, i liked that vibe, it showed progressiveness.
