I’m on zyprexa and haldol and notice it. It’s making me feel depressed today because I’d like to be writing music again.
Hi there, yes I’m on haldol and have the same effect on creativity and concentration. I can’t read a book or watch a movie except for 5 mins max. Sigh
Haldol kills my imagination completely. I’m an aspiring writer, and when I was on Haldol I could not write at all. My writing was worthless. The same seemed to be true of the short amount of time I was on Zyprexa. Now that I am on Geodon and Seroquel I can write. The difference is amazing. I cannot write on any of the typical AP’s. I can write on most of the atypicals, except for Zyprexa.
I like to write poems and music and Im about to start zyprexa…uh oh

I think it does. The higher the dosages, the less creative I am. But I need my medications so I can do without my creativity.
