I can see that it sometimes increases orgasm pleasure… but if you’re also taking an antipsychotic can it still increase sexual pleasure? Can anyone who has experience tell me about it?

It did, but it also made me have really bad insomnia. I was only sleeping 3-4 hours a night. I quickly because suicidal, which is not something I usually struggle with. I only stayed on it for like a month
Gabapentin also increased my sex drive, with way fewer serious side effects. It did make me gain like 50 lbs but I’m fine with it.
I might try it out… I just don’t know what to do anymore to regain my sexual functions the only real other option I can see is Lumateperone in the future but it still blocks dopamine but to a lesser degree if I understand correctly.
