İts really disturb me to watch. İt s make me build lot of conspiracy theories even commercials. İ never experienced to anyone talking to me from television though.

I don’t watch tv shows. I just have music tv channels on as something in the background.
I wouldn’t say it disturbs me but I just don’t like tv shows in general.

I have heard people in the background. Some local things bother me. And other things that seem like propaganda, do.

It’s difficult to explain why , but certain scenes in tv programmes make me feel uneasy. I block my ears and close my eyes then. This is something that happened over the last few years.
Sometimes I think they are giving me a knowingly glance or stare and will say something that is meant for me to know like some type of code language that I’m supposed to understand

When I watch things I know will upset me.
Mostly ghost shows.
Seems like the TV is full of paranormal shows,
Those bother me, but damned if they aren’t interesting.
I’ll watch them then be up all night hearing things and thinking my house is haunted.

I feel really sensitive to tv so i never watch it.
When I had these problems, I would cut the process.
I would be watching the TV but be listening to voiceless music at the same time with the TV muted.
